commanders institute - introduction lesson

Welcome to the Journey of Growth, Activation, and Kingdom Impact

Welcome to the Commanders Institute

You didn’t arrive here by accident. God is ordering your steps, and this moment is part of His divine blueprint for your life. The Commanders Institute was created to equip, activate, and release leaders, intercessors, and emerging voices into their God-given assignments with clarity, confidence, and supernatural power. Before we jump into our deeper lessons, let’s lay the foundation for your growth by helping you set clear goals and get your heart aligned with the purpose of this journey.

Lesson 1: Setting Your Spiritual and Personal Growth Goals

“Write the vision, and make it plain...” – Habakkuk 2:2 (KJV)
You will get the most out of this journey if you set clear, prayer-led intentions for what you want to receive and who you want to become. Without direction, momentum fades. But with a clear target, God will begin to order your steps in powerful ways.

Reflection Questions to Guide Your Goal Setting:

1. Why did I join the Commanders Institute?
Write down your personal “why.” What prompted you to take this step? What are you hungry for?

2. What do I want to grow in spiritually?
(e.g., prayer life, prophetic accuracy, fasting discipline, hearing God clearly, leadership, etc.)

3. What skills or knowledge do I want to gain?
(e.g., deliverance training, public speaking, entrepreneurship, building a ministry or business, etc.)

4. What are my top 3 goals for this season in the Institute?
These can be spiritual, personal, financial, or ministry-related.

Write your goals down. Keep them in front of you. Pray over them.

Lesson 2: Posture Your Heart for Growth

This is not just a training ,it’s a divine encounter space. Growth here happens when you approach each session with a teachable spirit and a hungry heart.
Here’s how to position yourself for transformation:

1. Stay Consistent
Make time each week to check in, watch replays, join live sessions, and review notes. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen for the consistent.

2. Engage with the Content
Take notes. Meditate on scriptures. Journal what God is showing you. Don't just consume apply.

3. Be Honest About Where You Are
You don’t have to be perfect, just willing. Growth begins with vulnerability. Wherever you’re starting from is okay as long as you don’t stay there.

4. Ask for Help
Use the community. Ask questions. Share what you’re going through. The Institute is a safe space to grow and be sharpened.

Declaration:
Repeat this aloud:

“I am called for such a time as this.
I commit to grow, to learn, and to walk in my full potential.
The hand of God is upon me.
I will leave this season with clarity, power, and purpose.
I am a Commander in the Kingdom.”
